When and where is TUCON® 2011?
TUCON 2011 will take place from Monday, September 26 through Thursday, September 29 at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Pre-conference training sessions begin at 8:30am on Monday, September 26. General session begins Tuesday morning at 8:30am.
If you are not taking part in pre-conference training, or the other TIBCO events during the day on Monday, plan to arrive on Monday in time to attend the TUCON welcome reception and solutions showcase on Monday evening at 5:30pm.
Where is the ARIA Resort & Casino?
ARIA is located in the heart of CityCenter, the newest urban community in Las Vegas located directly on the west side of The Strip, between Bellagio and Monte Carlo. Directly across the street to the north is Planet Hollywood. The CityCenter Tram connects ARIA to Bellagio and Monte Carlo.
Is there an age requirement for TUCON 2011?
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to attend TUCON 2011. However, Las Vegas offers numerous activities that may be appealing to families. If child care is needed, contact your hotel directly to make arrangements.

Are there any discounts for groups?
Companies with five or more people attending TUCON 2011 qualify for the group discounted rate of $1,395. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must enter the following promotional code during checkout: TUCON2011GROUP
Once registration closes the TUCON registration team will review the attendee count. If we find it necessary to recalculate your registration fee based on fewer than five attendees, your credit card will be charged any additional fees based on the date(s) of registration. Please note that only one discount applies, the lowest applicable rate; we do not offer dual-discounts.
Are you offering a government rate?
Yes. If you are an employee of the US Government, we are offering a discounted registration rate of $1395. You will find this rate available during registration.

How will I get my hotel confirmation?
Your hotel confirmation will be sent via email to the address you entered on the registration form. Hotel confirmations will be sent out two weeks prior to the TUCON 2011 event.
How do I get to TUCON 2011?
TUCON 2011 will be held at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation to and from the McCarran International Airport are the responsibility of each attendee. For ground transportation information, please find more information at: http://www.mccarran.com
Where do I check-in and pick up my name badge and conference materials?
Conference check-in will be open starting Sunday, September 25. Please check back for more details closer to the event.
What is the attire for TUCON 2011?
The attire for TUCON, including all evening events, will be business casual.
Are meals provided as part of TUCON 2011?
Breakfast and Lunch will be served Tuesday through Thursday. Snacks and beverages will be provided during scheduled breaks. (Lunch will be provided on Monday for participants of pre-conference training and other TIBCO events.)
Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served at the Welcome Reception on Monday and the Partner Reception on Tuesday in the Solutions Showcase, beginning at 5:30pm.
Dinner and Cocktails will be served at the TUCONCERT event on Wednesday evening. Location and time to be announced.
Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks outside the sponsored functions listed in the agenda will be at your own expense.

What is the Solutions Showcase?
The solutions showcase will give you the opportunity to experience the Technology of Now, including small stage presentations for featured demos and new additions to the TIBCO product portfolio.
The showcase will be open during breakfast and lunch throughout the majority of the conference, and during the special evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday.
Will internet access be provided?
You will be able to access the internet free of charge throughout the conference.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received on or before Monday, August 22, 2011 5:00pm PT will be refunded the full registration fee less a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be done via email to tucon2011@tibco-events.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Monday, August 22, 2011, 5:00pm PT.
