Vivek Ranadivé, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Ranadivé founded TIBCO in 1985 with the vision of bringing real-time technology into the mainstream. His acclaimed New York Times bestseller The Power of Now (1999), about how companies sense and respond to change, has been widely used in academia and has been the subject of numerous interviews on CNBC and in publications such as The Economist and Fast Company. His subsequent book, The Power to Predict (2006), shows the impact of predictive business on mainstream companies.
Mr. Ranadivé has consistently been recognized as a visionary, securing him a place in InfoWorld's 2002 Top Ten Technology Innovators. He was recognized by Ernst & Young as a 2002 Software Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2008, Mr. Ranadivé was named the South Asian CEO of the Year by SAMBAA. He was also featured in "How David Beats Goliath," an essay in The New Yorker by Tipping Point and Blink author Malcolm Gladwell, as an example of innovators who win by "breaking the rules."
Mr. Ranadivé earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He received both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Randy G. Burdick, EVP and CIO, OfficeMax

Randy G. Burdick joined OfficeMax in March, 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer later that year. At OfficeMax, Mr. Burdick is responsible for the enterprise's overall information technology strategy and the development, implementation, and support of programs to uphold it. Prior to joining OfficeMax, he served as Group Information Officer for Hewlett-Packard. Joining Compaq in the fall of 1999, Mr. Burdick held several influential management positions during the largest technology merger (HP and Compaq) in history. Previous experience includes seven years with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) where he worked in Quality and Global Manufacturing Systems; in his last 3 years at AMD, Randy Burdick served as the CIO.
Dr. Sumit Chowdhury, CIO, Reliance Communications

As CIO of Reliance Communications, one of the fastest growing telecom firms in India, Dr. Sumit Chowdhury is responsible for the planning, architecture, development, operation and security of the systems and IT networks across their global operations. He is also the operating head of Reliance Tech Services, the IT Services arm of the group. Prior to Reliance Communications, he served with BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting) as Managing Director. Dr. Chowdhury is on the Board of TeleManagement Forum and is the founder of Digital Bridge Foundation, a non-profit helping to bridge the Digital Divide in India.
Wolfgang Gaertner, CIO, and Member of the Executive Committee PBC,

Wolfgang Gaertner joined DB in 1998 and serves as CIO Core Banking where he is globally responsible for IT and Operations in the areas of Private and Business Clients and Private Wealth Management. Recognized as CIO of the Year by Computerwoche (2007), he also leads the development of global uniform core banking systems and the IT integration of Deutsche Bank's new acquisitions. Prior to this role, he held various positions in Deutsche Bank including Business Head for Institutional Cash management, Head of Global Cash Operations and CIO Global Transaction Bank. Mr. Gaertner joined Deutsche Bank from Commerzbank, where he led the IT department for foreign entities and the International Finance Division.
Guillermo Güémez, CIO, Banco Wal-Mart Mexico

Guillermo Güémez joined Banco Wal-Mart Mexico as CIO from its original inception where he led the implementation of the entire bank's IT infrastructure. Mr. Güémez is responsible for the bank's technological innovation process, implementation and operations management and continuous improvement programs. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, he served as CEO of Triara, Telmex's hosting company in Mexico where he also led the design and implementation of the infrastructure and processes. Mr. Güémez holds an MBA from Stanford University and an MS in Computer Science.
Jan Marshall, VP of Technology and CIO, Southwest Airlines

As VP of Technology and CIO at Southwest Airlines, Jan Marshall has led her organization through many implementations including the new Early Bird product, a new boarding process, enhancements to southwest.com, the Airport Customer Service Suite, Gift Cards, Gate Readers, Kiosks, Business Scorecards, and major foundational improvements to core business applications. Previously, Ms. Marshall was a VP for EDS/The Feld Group. Her Feld Group consulting engagements included large clients in Transportation, Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Manufacturing in the areas of building IT strategy, applications development, program management, methodology, system level architecture, and organizational and governance processes.

Ronald K. Noble, Secretary General, INTERPOL

Ronald Noble was first elected Secretary General of INTERPOL in 2000 and was unanimously reelected to a second five-year term in 2005. He is also a tenured Professor of Law at New York University School of Law, on leave while serving at INTERPOL. Mr. Noble previously served as the U.S. Department of Treasury's first Undersecretary for Enforcement (1993-1996), where he was in charge of some of the country's then-largest law enforcement agencies, including the Secret Service, Customs Service, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Andy Palmer, Global Head of Software Engineering and Architecture,

Andy Palmer is responsible for software engineering and architecture at NIBR, where his mission is to help scientists use software and big data systems to discover drugs much more efficiently and effectively than competitors. With a track record of five successful startups including two IPOs in the past 15 years, Mr. Palmer specializes in founding and accelerating the growth of world class startup companies. In 2005, he co-founded and served as CEO at Vertica Systems, a company that developed an innovative database engine designed for data warehousing and cloud computing. Previously, he served as a key member of the startup team and SVP of Operations and CIO at Infinity Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Hendrik Rosenboom joined Paul Hartmann in 2005 as Vice President of Supply Process Management. Previously, Mr. Rosenboom was VP of Business Development Europe at Flowfinity Wireless. Prior to this he was COO at Vamedis and formerly, CEO at dock11 AG. Mr. Rosenboom began his career as Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey&Company. He was educated at the Free University of Berlin and Yale Med School.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a post-graduate degree in Auditing, Costs and Management Development. He earned an MBA at UFRGS University, Brazil and a Ph.D. in Business Administration at UFRGS University and École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales of Montréal, Canada.
