Vivek Ranadivé, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Ranadivé founded TIBCO in 1985 with the vision of bringing real-time technology into the mainstream. His acclaimed New York Times bestseller The Power of Now (1999), about how companies sense and respond to change, has been widely used in academia and has been the subject of numerous interviews on CNBC and in publications such as The Economist and Fast Company. His subsequent book, The Power to Predict (2006), shows the impact of predictive business on mainstream companies.
Mr. Ranadivé has consistently been recognized as a visionary, securing him a place in InfoWorld's 2002 Top Ten Technology Innovators. He was recognized by Ernst & Young as a 2002 Software Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2008, Mr. Ranadivé was named the South Asian CEO of the Year by SAMBAA. He was also featured in "How David Beats Goliath," an essay in The New Yorker by Tipping Point and Blink author Malcolm Gladwell, as an example of innovators who win by "breaking the rules."
Mr. Ranadivé earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He received both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Randy G. Burdick, EVP and CIO, OfficeMax

Randy G. Burdick joined OfficeMax in March, 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer later that year. At OfficeMax, Mr. Burdick is responsible for the enterprise's overall information technology strategy and the development, implementation, and support of programs to uphold it. Prior to joining OfficeMax, he served as Group Information Officer for Hewlett-Packard. Joining Compaq in the fall of 1999, Mr. Burdick held several influential management positions during the largest technology merger (HP and Compaq) in history. Previous experience includes seven years with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) where he worked in Quality and Global Manufacturing Systems; in his last 3 years at AMD, Randy Burdick served as the CIO.
Rob Calloway, Partner, Global SOA Practice, Accenture

Rob Calloway has more than 20 years of experience working at Accenture in the area of Systems Integration. He is part of Accenture's Global Technology Architecture senior leadership team and has responsibility for Accenture's Global SOA Practice across all industries, managing 3500 SOA professionals. Mr. Calloway's experience covers integration and technical architecture with emphasis on service oriented architectures, business process management, and enterprise application integration. He has responsibility for planning, directing and providing oversight for Accenture's leading SOA engagements. Mr. Calloway earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Dr. Sumit Chowdhury, CIO, Reliance Communications

As CIO of Reliance Communications, one of the fastest growing telecom firms in India, Dr. Sumit Chowdhury is responsible for the planning, architecture, development, operation and security of the systems and IT networks across their global operations. He is also the operating head of Reliance Tech Services, the IT Services arm of the group. Prior to Reliance Communications, he served with BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting) as Managing Director. Wolfgang Gaertner joined DB in 1998 and serves as CIO Core Banking where he is globally responsible for IT and Operations in the areas of Private and Business Clients and Private Wealth Management. Recognized as CIO of the Year by Computerwoche (2007), he also leads the development of global uniform core banking systems and the IT integration of Deutsche Bank's new acquisitions. Prior to this role, he held various positions in Deutsche Bank including Business Head for Institutional Cash management, Head of Global Cash Operations and CIO Global Transaction Bank. Mr. Gaertner joined Deutsche Bank from Commerzbank, where he led the IT department for foreign entities and the International Finance Division.
Guillermo Güémez, CIO, Banco Wal-Mart Mexico

Guillermo Güémez joined Banco Wal-Mart Mexico as CIO from its original inception where he led the implementation of the entire bank's IT infrastructure. Mr. Güémez is responsible for the bank's technological innovation process, implementation and operations management and continuous improvement programs. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, he served as CEO of Triara, Telmex's hosting company in Mexico where he also led the design and implementation of the infrastructure and processes. Mr. Güémez holds an MBA from Stanford University and an MS in Computer Science.

Mark Hurd joined HP in early 2005 as CEO and president and was named chairman of the board of directors in September 2006. Ronald Noble was first elected Secretary General of INTERPOL in 2000 and was unanimously reelected to a second five-year term in 2005. Matt Quinn has been with TIBCO for 14 years. During this time he has had several worldwide roles. Mr. Quinn is currently responsible for the Composite Application Group (CAG). This group encompasses TIBCO's SOA, BPM, Infrastructure, Monitoring and Management, Governance and User Experience technologies. This group is responsible end-to-end for the engineering, quality, delivery of product, product vision, and customer enablement. Earlier in his TIBCO career, Mr. Quinn was a global architect, responsible for the delivery of some of TIBCO's largest implementations in diverse areas such as transportation and logistics, energy and finance. This was a hands-on role, building real systems architecture for production customers.

Robert Williams is the Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy for Microsoft Premium Mobile Experiences (PMX). He is responsible for a range of activities and strategic partnerships that define the capabilities and user experiences for the recently announced KIN phones. During his 11+ years at Microsoft, Mr. Williams has held numerous business and product development positions spanning several releases of the Windows operating system, Tablet PC, Origami UltraMobile PCs, and Smart Personal Objects (SPOT watches). Before Microsoft, he worked at General Electric. He joined GE as a research scientist at Corporate R&D in New York and migrated through a series of increasingly responsible product development and business leadership roles including GM of the Lexan Polycarbonate business in Europe and President of GE Toshiba Silicones in Asia.
