When and where is TUCON 2010?
TUCON 2010 takes place from Monday, May 10, 2010 through Thursday, May 13 at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. You should plan to arrive in time to attend the TUCON Welcome Reception & Solutions Showcase on Monday evening at 5:30pm. The General Session begins on Tuesday morning at 8:30am. Pre-Conference Training sessions begin at 8:30am on Monday, May 10.

How will I get my hotel confirmation?
Your hotel confirmation will be sent via email to the address you entered on the registration form. Hotel confirmations will be sent out two weeks prior to the TUCON 2010 event.
How do I get to TUCON 2010?
TUCON 2010 will be held at the Palazzo Hotel and Resort, Las Vegas. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation from/to the airport are the responsibility of each attendee. For ground transportation to/from McCarran International Airport see: http://www.mccarran.com
Where do I check-in and pick up my name badge and conference materials?
Check-in for TUCON 2010 will be held at the Palazzo Congress Center Foyer East, Level 5.
Conference check-in will be open on the following days:

What is the attire for TUCON 2010?
The attire for TUCON, including all evening events, will be business casual.
Are meals provided as part of TUCON 2010?
TIBCO will provide all meals during TUCON. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks outside the sponsored functions listed in the agenda will be at your own expense.
May I bring a guest to the evening functions?
Yes, a guest pass for the evening functions is $200 and can be purchased during your on-line registration.
What is the weather in Las Vegas in early May?

How do I cancel my TUCON 2010 registration?
Should you choose to cancel or transfer your registration, you must email or fax the TUCON 2010 Registration Team:
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before Friday, April 9, 2010, 5:00pm PST will be refunded the full registration fee less a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be done via email to registration@tucon2010.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday, April 9 5:00pm PST.
Registration Transfer Policy:
You can transfer your registration to a colleague on or before Friday, April 9, 5:00pm PST. There is a $50 processing fee for transferring registration. All registration transfers must be done via email to registration@tucon2010com.
